Secretary's note: Norman DeCoster met with Howard Dahlgren on November 8, 1962 to discuss the lligh,,,ay Department's plans for the proposed interchange at lIighway No. 36 and Ilamline Avenue. Mr. DeCoster agreed there is a need for an interchange at this location and left the impression ,,,i th Dahlgren that he will drop his option to purchase the property.
