File No. 117 - Edward J. Bossard attended the meeting in support of the preliminary plat of Edward J. Bossard Plat No.4 located near Fairview Avenue and Aldine Street. The plat was not acceptable as submitted. 1) nine lots were below minimum lot size, 2) the walkway was discussed and who would maintain it. 3) the effects of allowinl! two stub end streets abutt the platted lots, 4) the proposed street pattern and how it can be improved.
