Bossard Plat No.4 located near Fairview Avenue and Aldine Street. <br />The plat was not acceptable as submitted. 1) nine lots were below minimum lot size, <br />2) the walkway was discussed and who would maintain it. 3) the effects of allowinl! <br />two stub end streets abutt the platted lots, 4) the proposed street pattern and how <br />it can be improved. <br /> <br />Chestnut moved.
