Snelling Avt::nucs. Hr. Gregerson attended the meeting, Grauel Moved, HotI Seconded, that we recommend to the Village Council that ~1r. Gregorson be required to file a preliminary plat of the property instead of subdividing the property by metes and bounds description. Hotion Carried. Jonason opposed the motion stating he sees no objections to granting permission to the applicant to subdivide the property. File No. 125 ~ Application submitted by Zenith Oil Company for a special use permit to erect a gasoline service station in the southeast corncr of County Road C and Cleveland Avenue. Mr. Freidman did not appear at the meeting, He \\fas requested to meet with Howard Dahlgren before this meeting to discuss certain changes in the plan which he failed to do. MotI Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Zenith Oil Company petition be continued until the next regular meeting and that the secretary of the Planning Commission contact ~tt. Freidman again during the corning week by telephone or by letter informing him that he must appear at our next regular meeting or his petitIon will be denied. Carried unanimously. File No. 128 .~ Application submitted by Robert Po Clad1t$ch to s,ub(Hv1t1e Lot 7 111ornton5 Subdivision. Mr. Gladitsch attended the meet , The existing lots are 352.5 feet in depth and have frontages on County Road Bo He proposes to subdivide the southerly portions of these lots into two lots with frontages On Hand Avenue. Hembrez ~foved, Soike Seconded, that we recommend to the Village Council that Robert Gladitsch be allowed to subdivide the lots as proposeuo Carried unanimously. File No. 129 = Preliminary plat of Kroiss Lakeview t\ddition located near Dale Street and County Road Co Raymond Kroiss attended the meetingo Robert Hanson reported on the drainage problem and what would be required to solve this problem before a final plat is accepted. Soike Moved, Membrez Seconded. that we recommend to the Village Council that the preliminary plat of Kroiss Lakcvicw Addition be approved subject to the Applicant finding a solution to the drainage problem. Carried unanimously. File No. 38 = Hiscellaneous. Jonason appointed Daniel Hot! as Chairman of the Road Study Committee.
