Herb Nothing submitted plans <br />of the new service station. <br /> <br />Grauel moved, Soike seconded, that Zenith Oil Company's request for a special <br />use permit be continued until the next meeting in order to allow the Applicant <br />time to secure a survey of the property involved together with contour grades. <br />Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 97 - Membrez moved, Soike seconded, that the proposed contract submitted <br />by Midwest Planning & Research, Inc. be accepted and recommended to the Village <br />Council. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Files No. 114 and 141. No action was taken on subjects pertaining to R-3 Districts <br />and establishing a place for automobile agencies in the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />File No. 83 - Jonason requested that the minutes of April 3, 1963, be amended to <br />indicate that the application submitted by Mrs. Clyde t\'.
