Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 141 - Howard Dahlgren submitted 3 proposals on how automobile agenci6s <br />could develop land in the Village. We suggested ratios pertaining to buildings, <br />new car and used car sales areas and requested Dahlgren to prepare a report for the <br />next meeting containing these suggestions. <br /> <br />Grauel Moved, Lund Seconded, that the proposed amendment pertaining to establishing <br />of automobile agencies in the Village zoning ordinance be continued until the next <br />meeting. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 38 - Miscellaneous. Grauel Moved, Jonason Seconded, that the regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled for July 3, 1963, be changed to <br />July 10, 1963, due to the July 4th HOliday.
