<br />-3- <br /> <br />File No. 153 - Highway Department Plans <br /> <br />Membrez moved, Soike seconded, that the adjacent property owners and Village Council <br />be invited to our meeting when highway department plans at Highway No. 36 and <br />Hamline Avenue, and County Road B and Snelling Avenue are considered. A tentative <br />date on September 18, 1963 was set for the meeting subject to approval of the <br />chairman. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Jonason moved, Lund seconded, that we invite the Village Council and affected property <br />owners when we discuss highway department plans at the intersections of Trunk Highway <br />No. 35 Wand Trunk Highway No. 280. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Soike moved, Sigford seconded, that we recommend approval of highway department plans <br />Nos. SP 6212-43 and SP 6216-47 for the intersections of Fairview Avenue and Trunk <br />Highway No. 36 and County Road B 2 and Snelling Avenue. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 114 - High Rise Apartment Study <br /> <br />File No. 141 - Automobile Agency's <br /> <br />No action was taken on the above mentioned subjects. <br /> <br />File No. 83 - Membrez moved, Motl seconded, that the minutes of the August 7, 1963 <br />meeting be approved.
