Holtgard application for subdivision of Lot 7, Block 1, Koalska Addition into two lots near Sandhurst Drive and North Victoria Street. L. M. Stophlet of Stophlet Realty Company represented ~~. Ho1tgard at the meeting. Soike moved, Grauel seconded, that the subdivision of lot be approved subject to Applicant granting the Village an easement for street purposes to the north 30 feet of the lot. It should also be noted by the Building Inspector that the front yard of the proposed lot faces north and that any building constructed on the property should be set back 30 feet from the proposed 30 foot dedication. Carried unanimously. File No. 163 .. John L. Wewers application to replat lots in Joy's Rice Street Addition on Minnesota Avenue near Marion Street. John L. Wewers attended the meeting. He proposes to replat Lots 17 to 32, inclusive Joy's Rice Street Addition into four lots with 75 foot frontages on ~finnesota Avenue. Soike moved, Grauel seconded, that the revision of lots be approved. Carried unanimously. File No. 153 - Jonason moved, Grauel seconded that we advise the Village Council that Messrs. Motl and Soike have been appointed by the Planning Commission to meet with the Village Council and property owners to review state highway department plans for the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 36 and Hamline Avenue and Trunk Highway No. 35 W and Trunk Highway No. 280. The Village Council is to set the time, place and date of the meeting. Carried unanimously. Grauel moved, Jonason seconded, that we continue the highway department plans for Snelling Avenue between Midway Parkway and County Road B until the next meeting. Carried unanimously. File No. 114 - Soike moved, Lund seconded, that we authorize Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. to prepare a draft of amendment to the ordinance pertaining to high rise apartments. Carried unanimously. File No. 141 - Sigford moved, Motl seconded, that we authorize ~fidwest Planning and Research, Inc. to prepare a draft of amendment to the ordinance pertaining to auto- mobile agencies. Carried unanimously. Miscellaneous: Jonason moved to change the voting procedures of the Planning Commission. He proposed to have the Planning Commission vote immediately after each public hearing prior to hearing the next subject on the agenda. This is similar to the way the Village Council proceeds. The motio~ died for lack of a second. File No. 83 - The minutes of September 4, 1963, should be amended on action concern- ing Bee-Dale, Inc. to read: "Carried unanimously". ~~tl moved, Lund seconded, that the minutes of September 4, 1963 be approved as amended. Carried unanimously. Jonason moved, Sigford seconded, that the minutes of the September 18, 1963 meeting be approved. Carried unanimously. Soike moved, Motl seconded, that the meeting be adjourned.
