Bacig, 711 Heinel Drive attended the meeting. <br /> <br />Jonason moved, Soike secondedl that the Applicant prepare a preliminary plat of <br />the property and that the lot lines for the middle lot be rovised to provide for <br />a 40 foot width and a 60 foot width at the north lot line and building setback line <br />respectively. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 168 - Application from Charles A. Lucking and ~1arie /\. Lucking, to sub.. <br />divide Lot 1 and 10, and vacated Tiny Drive in a manner to create two residential <br />lots with equal frontages on Heinel Drive. ~~. and Hrs. Lucking attended the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Lund moved, Soike seconded, that the subdivision of land be approved and that a 20 <br />foot easement be secured for drainage purposes if an easement has not already been <br />obtained by the village at the time when Tiny Drive \Vas vacated. Carried unanimously. <br /> <br />File No. 83 .. Motl moved, Soike seconded, that the minutes of the October 2, 1963 <br />meeting be approved.
