<br />-2- <br /> <br />Chairman Nelson suggested that a special meeting be scheduled on March 18th <br />to take up the unfinished business of the following matters: <br /> <br />File 64-77 - A proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 408 regulating the <br />screening in Industrial areas. <br /> <br />File 64-77 B Evaluation of Ordinance No. 363 as to necessity for fire limits <br />within the Village and necessary restrictions on buildings. <br /> <br />File 63-114 - High rise apartment building study. <br /> <br />File 63-153 - State Highway plans of Snelling Avenue between Midway Parkway <br />and County Road B <br /> <br />File 63-141- Automobile sale agencies. <br /> <br />File 64-178 - It was also suggested that consideration of the Keller Corp- <br />oration's request for a rezoning and variance be taken up by the commission <br />on March 18 owing to the fact that time is of the essence in the agreement to <br />acquire the property to construct an office building. <br /> <br />There being no further business, Soike moved, MatI seconded, that meeting be <br />adjourned 10:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />~MgeA.~~nz <br />Secretary <br />
