Carried by unanimous voteo <br /> <br />File 64=216 = Division of a parcel of land by Mrso Austin McDonoughD 1010 West <br />County Road C=20 Mr. Levinec Attorney representing the ownerD requested that the <br />proposal to divide this parcelc creating 2 lots on County Road C=2 and 2 other pieces <br />to the south without accesso He stated these 2 pieces could be sold to the property <br />owners who own lots facing Oxford Streeto. The Village Planner in his report dated <br />A~gust So 19640 suggested that a street be dedicated running north=southo starting at <br />Judith and going north to County Road C=20 His report stated that some property owners <br />in this area are favoring extending a streeto It was learned the village has already <br />acquired a lot to extend this streeto A property ownerc Mro BossardD volunteered to <br />circulate a petition among the owners in the area to find out how many owners favor <br />the idea and report backo Anderson movedp seconded by Lund to lay the matter over <br />until we find out whether or not the affected property owners would accept the suggestion <br />of establishing this proposed streeto Carried by unanimous voteo <br /> <br />File 64=217 = Division of lot by Co Eo Meyero 279S North Victoriao This parcel is <br />already divided by Victoria Street and the question came up as to whether or not it <br />is necessary to make this request, the parcel having already a natural division caused <br />by Victoria Street running through ito Anderson moved>> seconded by MotlD that we <br />recommend the granting of this request subject to the Village AttorneyDs interpretation <br />of this mattero This recommendation is made with the provision that the two proposed <br />lots meet the ordinance requirements and that the petitioner must bring a registered <br />survey to the council which he did not have at this meeting.
