-3-

File 64-226 - Baker Trailer Camp~ zoning and special use permit, property at Northwest
corner of Highway 36 and Victoria

Mro John Oaubney, attorney for the Augustina BrothersD who had acquired the trailer park
presented the future plans of the trailer park if the zoning and special use permit is
grantedo He said they wanted to expand the park to the west to accommodate an additional
22 spaces for trailers. Each lot for each trailer will be attractively landscaped, sewer
and water will be connected to each trailer~ all in all the area will be upgraded and
will make a good impression along Highway 36. There was considerable objection by the
owners within 250 feet, Mro Bob Averbeck, 924 Lovell Avenue, spoke in opposition for
the group. After considerable discussion, Anderson Moved~ Lund seconded, to recommend
that the request be deniedo Carried by a unanimous vote.

File 64-224 - Sideyard setback, Duane AndersonD 593 Ryan Avenue
Mro Anderson is planning to construct a double garageD thus reducing the side yard set-
back to 5 feet, instead of 10 feet as provided in the ordinanceo Mro Parishp 585 W.
Ryan Avenue, and Leo Cullen, 584 Moundsview StreetD objected to this proposalo It would
be too crowded and not consistent with contiguous properties in the areao Nelson moved,
Anderson seconded, to recommend that the request be denied.

File 64-223 - Ao Lorentzen Preliminary plat of Loren Acres #2. There being no one present
to discuss this proposed plat, the matter was laid over to our next regular meeting on
November 4tho

File 64-234 - Warren Schauer - Division of Lot = Beinel Drive Westo This request being
a reasonable one, Nelson moved, Anderson seconded, to recommend the division of this lot
as requested and shown on the sketcho Carried by a unanimous voteo

File 63-77 - Renaming Old Dale Street, north of Larpenteur Avenue. It was agreed that
the Old Dale Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Roma Avenue lines up with Alta Vista Drive;
thereforev that portion of the old Dale Street should be named Alta Vista Drive. The
short stretch from Roma Avenue to Pineview Court to be called Membrez Lane. By a
unanimous vote it was so recommended to the Village Councilo

File 77 - Methods of Doing Business - Changing size of 3 lots owned by Ray Kroiss

The negotiator for the water easement affecting Lots 2 and 27 in Block 5 and Lot 2 in
Block 6, Kroiss Northwood Addition Plat 2 suggested to change the size of these lots
because 21 feet is needed for easements for sewer and water on lots 2 and 27, Block 5
and l5 feet on Lot 2, Block 60 This change in the size of these lots will allow the owner
to build his typical homes in the area with a reduced loss of the market value. The pro-
posed changes are as folloWs:

Lot 1 and Lot 28, Block 5, now with a frontage of I08 feet, will be reduced
to 100 feet frontagev thus increasing Lot 2 and Lot 27D Block 5 frontage to
98 feet instead of 90 feeto

Lot lv Block 6 to have a frontage of 95.1 feet instead of 102.l feet and Lot 2
Block 6, to have a frontage of 97.l feet instead of 90 feeto

As a result of these proposed changes the award for the water easement affecting these
lots will be greatly reducedo

The Planning Commission recommends by a unanimous vote to change the size of these
lots as proposedo

Respectfully submitted,
George Membrezv Secretary Planning Commission
