The <br />applicant came to our meeting to discuss this proposal and as a favor to him we considered <br />it even though it had not yet been referred to us in the usual manner by the counci L <br />After due consideration, Nelson moved" Soike seconded to recommend the approval of the <br />lot si~es as shown on the preliminary plat with the understanding, howeverD that final <br />approval cannot be granted until the engineerOs report on the street gradingo drainage, <br />dedications and who will pay the cost of improving Skillman is deterrninedo Carried by <br />a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />It was suggested that a special meeting be scheduled to meet with the affected property <br />owners involved in a proposed neW classification I=lA of certain properties between <br />Fairview and Cleveland, north of Highway 36.
