Dedicate the east half of Galtier Street, a distance of llO feet to the northerly <br />end of the property. <br />3. Provide screening as shown on the plan including the west boundary line of the <br />property. <br /> <br />Carried by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />File 263-65 - Ernest Zittle request to reduce his lot known as 1925 North Victoria. <br />This request was presented by Mr. Ernest Zittle and his daughter before it was <br />referred to the Commission by the Village Council. This request was a minor one and <br />in order to save timeQ the Planning Commission agreed to consider it at this meeting <br />and notify the Council of our action. <br /> <br />Mr. Zittle proposed to take 60 feet off of his lot to widen the one abutting on the <br />west sideD the depth to be 210 feet. Forseeing no problem in granting the requestc <br />Membrez moved, Sigford seconded, to recommend to the Council that Mr. Zittle be <br />allowed to do it. Carried by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />It was decided to hold a special meeting at 5:00 oUclock P.M. on April 19th to consider <br />a setback variance on the property recently acquired at the northeast corner of Lexington <br />and Roma Avenue by Dr. Kennedy. It was also announced that the matter of a proposed <br />planning program submitted by Mr. Dahlgren will be acted upon at this special meeting. <br />The members of the commission were requested to read the report submitted and come to <br />the meeting ready to act on it. <br /> <br />There being no further businessD the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Respectfully submi ttedc <br /> <br />George A.
