Angelo Carbone -
property on Hamline Avenue across fran Oakcrest Avenue.

Mr. Vogel, attorney for Carbone presented a development p1an which
was not satisfactory, even to Mr. Vogel. A misunderstanding seemed
to have occurred between Mr. Dahlgren, consultant planner and Mr.
Vogel on this new proposal. The fact that plans cost a great deal
of money, Mr.. Vogel wanted some assurance that the property will be
rezoned before spending up to $12 to $20,000 for complete development
plans, b1ild:lng plans~ elevations, etc" It was the oonsensus of
opinion that the rezoning and developmmt plans should be considered
at the same time, therefore, Nelson moved, Remsburg seconded>> that
we recommend the denial of the rezoning.
