Dahlin
at 99l West Roselawn Avenue.

Mr. Dahlin wants to split his 328' x 63' lot in half so that he can sell the half
located on the southwest corner of Draper Avenue and Chatsworth. He paid for two
sanitary sewer connections. Mr. Ed Bossard appeared and stated that he was against
this request because of the bigger lots north and west of this location. He has a
vacant lot immediately to the west. Mr. Dahlin's large lot was considered a hardship
and, therefore. it was moved by Nelson and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend
approval of the division of lot as requested subject to filing deed dedicating north
30' to the Village for the right-of-way of Draper Avenue and to allow a 23 foot side
yard setback from Chatsworth.
