IHUmus Properties request for rezoning from "R-l" to "R-3 A". <br />Special Use Permit for planned residential development and setback variances. <br /> <br />Of the ten people that appeared the feeling was mixed. Some were opposed and others were <br />more concerned that the project be done the correct way, <br /> <br />Therefore, it was moved by Membrez and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend approval of <br />a 15 foot setback from Terrace Drive for the garage and allow a 5' chain link fence with <br />plastic slats on the south property line. Roll Call. unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Membrez and seconded by Pope that we recommend approval of the special use <br />permit for planned unit development subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Be developed as per plan dated June 7. 1967 <br />2, There be no access to Judith <br />3. There be no development or parking at the north\vest corner 0+ .Judith and Hamline <br />4. That the landscaping be done as per plan dated June 7, 1967 with reasonable screening <br />for home to the west and for existing apartment buildings. <br />5.
