<br />-2- <br /> <br />Subject File 383-67 - Zimmerman Realty request for variance in heipht requirement for <br />building at County Road B and Pascal. <br /> <br />It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Carpenter that Ne lay this over until OUT next <br />meeting, Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 384-67 - Vacation of part of Grandview Avenue west of Cohaosey Street, <br /> <br />It was moved by Membrez and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend approval of the <br />vacation requested subject to filing of preliminary and final plats. Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 385-67. Request by ~1r. Gorman and Mr. Raymond Kroiss for variance to side <br />yard setback, <br /> <br />Because of not enough information regarding the overhanR it \vas moved by Ne lson and <br />seconded by Remsburg that we lay this over until our next meeting so that Mr. Kroiss could <br />supply us with a registered survey giving us this information. Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 386-67. IHUmus Properties request for rezoning from "R-l" to "R-3 A". <br />Special Use Permit for planned residential development and setback variances. <br /> <br />Of the ten people that appeared the feeling was mixed. Some were opposed and others were <br />more concerned that the project be done the correct way, <br /> <br />Therefore, it was moved by Membrez and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend approval of <br />a 15 foot setback from Terrace Drive for the garage and allow a 5' chain link fence with <br />plastic slats on the south property line. Roll Call. unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Membrez and seconded by Pope that we recommend approval of the special use <br />permit for planned unit development subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Be developed as per plan dated June 7. 1967 <br />2, There be no access to Judith <br />3. There be no development or parking at the north\vest corner 0+ .Judith and Hamline <br />4. That the landscaping be done as per plan dated June 7, 1967 with reasonable screening <br />for home to the west and for existing apartment buildings. <br />5. That the 5U fence be continued along the south property line to the west and then <br />north to the north end of Mr, Comeau's property. <br /> <br />Roll call, unanimous, <br /> <br />Anderson moved and Membrez seconded that we recommend approval of the rezoning from "R-l" <br />to "R-3 A". Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 387-67 Paul Grand.e request for side yard variance at 2393 North Victoria, <br /> <br />Because of no objection by the neighbor, Mr. Pilgrim, it was moved by Membrez and seconded <br />by Carpenter that we recommend approval of the 51 sideyard setback variance as requested. <br />Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />June 24th at 9:00 A.M. is the day set for the bus trip around Roseville to inspect the <br />vacant property that is left, <br /> <br />The meeting adj ourned at 10; 45 P.
