Rothschild, Inc. <br /> <br />Mr. John Daubney, representing the developer, Mr. Weitzman, explained how the <br />new plan would affect the residential area and after the questions of Mr. Howard <br />McDermott, Mr. Dick Flescher, Mr. Vernon Pederson. Mr. LeRoy 10th and Mr. Larry <br />Sherren were answered to their satisfaction so that they had no objections it was <br />moved by Pope and seconded by Anderson that we recommend approval of the Special <br />Use Permit for Planned Residential Development and variances to density, setback, <br />and parking subject to the plan as presented. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 395-67 - Raymond Wewers request for vacation of Ida between County <br />Road B-2 and Grandview. <br /> <br />It was moved by Pope and seconded by Remsburg that we refer this back to the <br />Council and recommend no action be taken until Ban-Con has come in with the plans <br />for the property to the south. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 398-67 - George Schubring request for division of lot on Wheaton Avenue <br />(north of County Road C, west of the extension of Iona Lane). <br /> <br />It was moved by Remsburg and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend approval of this <br />request subject to the dedication of 10' along County Road C. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 376-67 - State of Minnesota Highway Department - interchange plans for <br />County Road C and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />It was moved by Anderson and seconded by Carpenter that we lay this over until our <br />next meeting. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />There being no further business, it was moved by Carpenter and seconded by Remsburg <br />that we adjourn.
