J. McDonald, Assistant District Engineer, explained the change in the turn off <br />in the northeast quadrant of the intersection that would mean the removing of one more <br />house. About 30 people were in attendance and questions about the right-of-way, fenc- <br />ing, landscaping, traffic noise, access to the north along the east side of Snelling, <br />etc. were asked. May 1968 would be the letting date for the bridge with the second <br />phase scheduled for April 1969 and completion by the end of 1969. It was moved by <br />Anderson and seconded by Remsburg that we recommend approval of the change in plans <br />as submitted subject to the installation of a cuI de sac at th~ southerly end of <br />Snelling Curve.
