When the property to the North developed it was felt <br />that an access to the park would be required. <br /> <br />It was moved by Carpenter and seconded by Pope that we recommend the Council deny this <br />request for vacation of street. The overhang would be 30'. TI1e lot is l29' in width. <br /> <br />Discussion centered around the fact that this area is single family now and has a lot <br />of nice homes. It was pointed out that more requests could come in for rezoning if this <br />one is approved. <br /> <br />It was moved by Edlund and seconded by Anderson that we recommend that the Council <br />deny this request for rezoning. Consideration of rezoning from Iel <br />to R-3 for the property contiguous to the Village of Roseville <br />at the northwest corner of County Road D and Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />After discussion it was moved by Pope and seconded by Anderson that we recommend the <br />Council go on record as having no objection to the rezoning proposed.
