<br />-2- <br /> <br />Subject File 454-68 - Preliminary Plat Wagoners Lake Josephine Addition <br /> <br />Mr. Karl Keller of the Keller Corporation spoke on this plat. He explained the costs <br />if they were allowed the four lots. There would be 71' to 76' of width at the build- <br />ing lines. The buildings would be lined up with the other houses that are on the lots <br />to the west. The lots would vary in size from 14,800 to 19,400 square feet which is way <br />over what we require for a lot. The houses would have to be designed for the lots. <br />After discussion, <br /> <br />It was moved by Carpenter and seconded by Edlund that we recommend approval of the <br />preliminary plat of Wagoners Lake Josephine Addition subject to the Engineers letter <br />of June 5, 1968. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />Subject File 455-68 - Preliminary Plat North Ridge Plat #3 <br /> <br />After discussion it was moved by Anderson and seconded by Demos that we recommend to the <br />Council that they approve Preliminary Plat North Ridge Plat #3 subject to dedicating lOt <br />for Lakeview Avenue as shown on the plat dated June 5, 1968 and signed by the secretary <br />and subject to the Engineer's report dated June 5, 1968. Roll Call, unanimous. <br /> <br />S~bject File 77 - Methods of poing Business <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend to the Council that they <br />adopt tile ordinance altering the height regulations in zones titled R-3 and R-3A. Also <br />to require 2 parking spaces per unit one of which must be a garage space in the R-3 <br />classification. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Edlund that we recommend to the Council that they <br />adopt the Building Code, Volume III, Housing, 1967 Edition. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Anderson that toins~re a.higher stanaard of devel- <br />opment of buildings and property in the Village of Roseville we recommend that the Village <br />take steps to acquire sufficient staff to enforce all applicable ordinances. Roll Call, <br />unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Edlund and seconded by Carpenter that we recommend to the Council that <br />they leave the County Road names as they are because of crossing Village lines. Roll <br />Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />It was moved by Demos and seconded by Remsburg that we send the Roseville Planning <br />Commission minutes to the Shoreview Planning Commission. Roll Call: unanimous. <br /> <br />There being no further business it was moved by Remsburg and seconded by Demos that we <br />adjourn. Roll Call: unanimous.
