Thus, <br />instead of(3) three, 129 foot lots, now existing, there would be one (1) lot of 100 <br />feet, two (2) with 90 feet and one (1) with 107 feet of frontage. Mr. Merrill stated <br />that he would be expecting houses upward from $40,000, exclusive of land, to be con- <br />structed on these lots. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. and, 2291 West County D:>ad B, appeared' and stated that they were <br />against this proposal because it would produce smaller lots and homes that would not <br />be as of great of value as the homes existing on Iaurie D:>ad and in this area.
