The way the preliminary plat is pro- <br />posed, it indicates a rear lot width of 40 feet. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Edlund Moved, Eagles Seconded, that we recommend the Roy Peterson request for preliminary <br />plat at approximately 2543 Western Avenue be approved with the condition that the lot line <br />be realigned between Lot No.1 and Lot No.3 to a rectangular shape, and that the additional <br />charges for utilities be paid.
