H. Willmus <br />Properties for special use permit for a service station in an 1-2 zone at 2650 North Cleveland <br />Avenue be approved subject to the fo11o\dng conditions: <br /> <br />I. That a 5 foot setback be maintained on the east and north property line <br />2. That the SO foot setback requirement on County Road C only be reduced to 45 foot <br />setback <br />3. That the special use permit be granted subject to the site plan and landscape plan as <br />presented by the applicant. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Demos, Edlund, Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 556-69 - Lexington Court Apartments request for variance in setback at 2192, <br />2l94, 2204 and 2206 North Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez indicated that the Village had received a letter from this particular applicant <br />requesting withdrawal of this request at this time.
