<br />-3- <br /> <br />Planning File 558-68 - Fridholm Construction Company request for division of a lot at <br />1076 Nest County Road B. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />T <br /> <br />Mr. Edward Fridholm, representing the Fridholm Construction Company, stated that he had <br />purchased the property from the Calvary Baptist Church and is proposing to build a <br />Superette on the site. He indicated that he had purchased an additional 26 feet of <br />property from the church and must now request a division of a lot to move this property <br />line 26 feet. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Bastian, 1059 West Burke, had a question on the previous plan of the church which <br />was submitted for rezoning back in February, 1969. It was indicated that the rezoning at <br />that time was not changed by this action and that all conditions would still be in effect. <br />There was some reference to an editorial in the Roseville Suburban Sun Newspaper regarding <br />this particular matter. Mr. Membrez explained the reason for this particular action and <br />that he did not feel that the editorial contained all the necessary facts to make a proper <br />judgment on this matter. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Edlund Seconded, that we recommend that the request of the Fridholm <br />Construction Company for a division of a lot at 1076 West County Road B be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Eagles, Demos, Edlund, Johnson, Pope, Membrez.
