He stated he wants to build a free standing garage <br />two feet from his property line. The garage would be 22 feet wide by 24 feet deep. He <br />wants to stay as close to Oakcrest as possible because of the grade problem to the rear of <br />his property. There is approximately an eight foot drop and it is very sharp. He indicated <br />that the neighbor to the west and to the north did not have any objections to his proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez brought out reasons for requiring setbacks.
