At this time Mr. <br />Membrez moved and Mr. Pope Seconded, that the Village staff be appointed to do a survey of <br />the development of Heinel Drive to determine its future use because so much of the develop= <br />ment of that area depends on the development of the road. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellettg <br />Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles, ~1embrezo Nays~ None. Motion passed 7 = O. <br /> <br />Mro Edlund Moved, Mr. Pope Seconded, that the Schivanno Shores Preliminary Plat and <br />rezoning be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles and Membrez. <br />Nays: Kelletto Motion passed. 6 ~ I. <br /> <br />The reasons are as follows: Mro Edlund felt that the rezoning procedure in this area was <br />definitely a spot rezoning concept and he was strongly opposed to ito Mr. Membrez expressed <br />disappointment in the fact that many of the citizens considered persons who were renters to <br />be second class citizens and he did not like that general attitude.
