Eagles Seconded, that the renaming of Old County Road C be made to <br />Woodhill Drive. Ayes: Kellett. Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles and Membrezo Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />The seventh order of business was a memorandum to the Council and Planning Commission. <br />Subject: Snowmobile Sales. Howard Dahlgren recommended that this be included in the <br />B=2 zoning. Pope Moved. Eagles Seconded. that the B-2 zoning be authorized for <br />snowmobile sales with a special use permit. Ayes: Kellett. Pope, Edlund. Eagles and <br />Membrez. Nays: Demos. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos primarily opposed for the possibility that in these areas where snowmobiles <br />were being sold the starting of the engines and the noise that is involved would perhaps <br />cause a great deal of complaint from the citizens in the surrounding area. <br /> <br />It was suggested by the members of the Commission. however. that this could be taken <br />care of at the time when permits come in for approval. Stipulations could be made in <br />the granting of permits at a later date. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M. <br /> <br />James W. Cosby. Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
