<br />..s.. <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos was concerned about the high density of population created by the apartment <br />buildings in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Rec anMenda tion <br />- <br /> <br />Mr. Edlund Moved and Mr. Pope Seconded. that the Commission recommend approval of the <br />request for rezonina from R-l to R-3A and special use permit with the following <br />stipulations: <br /> <br />1. That a screen be erected on the south side of the property to protect <br />the privacy of the neighbors. <br /> <br />2. That a landscape plan be submitted to the Council and that minimum sizes <br />be placed on the shrubbery used for landscaping. <br /> <br />3. That the row of trees on the west property line will be preserved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Pope, Edlund, and Membrez. Nays: Demos. <br /> <br />Mr. Pope Moved and Mr. Edlund Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 10:15 P.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund and Membrez.
