Richard Knutson division of lot at 1232 West Roselawn Avenue <br />, I I. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Knutson stated he proposed to divide 20 feet from his lot and sell to his neighbor. TI <br />division would increase the size of his neighbor's to 80 feet and bring it closer to the <br />85 foot code requirement. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Village Engineer recommended that 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for Roselawn AVE <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Pope Moved and Mr. Edlund Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of the requE <br />for division of a lot at 1232 West Roselawn. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Johnson, Demos, <br />Pope, Edlund, Eagles, Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning Fil~ 606.70 - Mathias Andert division of lot and relocation of dwelling at 565 We~ <br />County Road B-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Eugene Bennett proposes to purchase the lot if division is approved and relocate his <br />present dwelling on the property. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Village Engineer recommended that lO feet of right-of-way be dedicated for County Road <br />B-2 and noted that additional charges of $50 for sewer service and $75 for water service <br />have not been assessed. Mrs. Demos Moved that the Commission recommend approval of the <br />division of lot and relocation of a dwelling at 565 West County Road B-2 with dedication oj <br />IO feet on the south side of lot along County Road B-2. The motion died for lack of a <br />second. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Pope Moved and Mr. Kellett Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of the <br />request for division of a lot and relocation of a dwelling at 565 West County Road B-2. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles and Membrezo Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Mernbrez read a letter from the Village Manager, Burke Raymond, regarding the possible <br />implementation of planned unit development regulations. <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett Moved and Mr. Johnson Seconded, that the Commission direct Midwest Planning anI <br />Research, Inc. to investiage and study the planned unit development concept, to request thE <br />opinion of the Minnesota Society of Architects, and present a recommendation to the Commis~ <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Johnson, Pope, Edlund, Eagles, and Membrezo Nays: Demos. <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos Moved and Mr. Edlund Seconded, that the Commission direct the Chairman to writt <br />a letter to the Village Council inquiring about the uniform housing code recommendation wh: <br />was sent to the Council by the Commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Johnson, Demos, POI <br />Edlund and Membrez. Nays: None. Abstention: Eagles. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson Moved and Mr. Edlund Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at ll:20 P.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, Johnson, Demos, Pope, Edlund, Eagles and Membrez.
