Krinke, 2909 Troseth Road, asked why Mr 0 Daubney did not show pictures of the <br />fine residential development in the area 0 <br /> <br />Thomas Krinke, 2939 Troseth Road, questioned the traffic, taxes, and munber of children <br />in the apa rtmen ts 0 <br /> <br />Mro Sathsetter of Arlington Properties indicated that they allow one child to walking <br />age per first floor unito <br /> <br />Mro John Strickland, 3012 Old Highway 8, questioned what type of screening would be on <br />the west side of the building, Mro Sathsetter stated that he is agreeable to doing <br />most anything that the residents and Planning Commission would desire, <br /> <br />Joe Preese, 3006 Old Highway 8, indicated that about six years ago this parcel was <br />eliminated from R~3 consideration and wondered why it was being considered again. <br />Mro ~~mbrez pointed out that the "701 Plan" just recently adopted by the Village <br />indicated that this parcel could be developed as a possible R= 3 area. <br /> <br />Mro Preese presented a petition signed by the residents in the area in opposition to <br />the projecto <br /> <br />Mro To Lo Krinke, 2939 Troseth Road, stated he was concerned about Roseville turning <br />into an apartment complex area, especially in the northwest corner, <br /> <br />l'-1ro Grundtner pointed out all the apartments and other types of development in the <br />area.
