He indicated that the proposed lots meet ordinance specifications. Mr. Glasrud stated that he was pur- chasing the property from the Roseville Baptist Church. Discussion Mr. Ken Baker, Chaiman of the <bvemoring Board of Roseville Baptist Church, indicated that the church plans on building a parsonage to the property west of the church and developing the area to the north as a recreatimal facility. He further stated that the church has no intentim of selling any more of the remaining property. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Johnson, Pope, Eagles, Kellett, Edlmd and Membrez. Nays: None. Plarming File 628-71 - Ordinance re garding air condi tioners. Discussion The Commissioo after considerable discussion and review of Section 37.040 of the Village Code, which prohibits air conditioners extending outside the walls of buildins mless architecturally treated and designed as an integral part of the building, directed Midwest Planning to prepare a suggested ordinance which would take into account the legal and planning aspects.
