Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File ,627= 71 = Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. preliminary plat for "Kingwood <br />Addi tion" 00 Gal tier between County Road B-2 and Transit <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Glasrud indicated that he is proposing to develop 9 single family lots. He indicated <br />that the proposed lots meet ordinance specifications. Mr. Glasrud stated that he was pur- <br />chasing the property from the Roseville Baptist Church. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Baker, Chaiman of the <bvemoring Board of Roseville Baptist Church, indicated <br />that the church plans on building a parsonage to the property west of the church and <br />developing the area to the north as a recreatimal facility. He further stated that the <br />church has no intentim of selling any more of the remaining property. <br /> <br />RecoIllOOndation <br /> <br />Mr. Edlmd Moved and Mr. Eagles Seconded, that the Corrunissim recamnend approval of the <br />preliminary plat for "Kingwood Addition" on Galtier between County Road B-2 and Transit, <br />submitted by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Johnson, Pope, Eagles, <br />Kellett, Edlmd and Membrez. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Plarming File 628-71 - Ordinance re garding air condi tioners. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Commissioo after considerable discussion and review of Section 37.040 of the Village <br />Code, which prohibits air conditioners extending outside the walls of buildins mless <br />architecturally treated and designed as an integral part of the building, directed Midwest <br />Planning to prepare a suggested ordinance which would take into account the legal and <br />planning aspects. <br /> <br />Adjournnent <br /> <br />Mr. Pope Moved and Mr. JOMson Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 10 :00 P.M. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Johnson, Pope, Eagles, Kellett, Edlmd and M::!rnbrez.
