<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />May 3, 1972 <br /> <br />The May 3, 1972, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman Pope at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: V. Johnson, Membrez, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson <br />and Pope. Demos arrived at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Others Present: Councilman Albert Grauel, Public Works Director <br />Sherman Goldberg, Midwest Planning representative <br />Dick Dwinell and Administrative Assistant Steve <br />North. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes: <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles Moved, and Mr. Membrez Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular Commission meeting of April 5, 1972, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: V. Johnson, Membrez, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson and Pope. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 629 - Zimmerman Realty request for rezoning from R-1 <br />to B-lB, Special Use Permit and Variance to height <br />limitation in setback at 2350 North Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />A letter was received from Mr. Robert Blomberg of Zimmerman Realty <br />requesting that their application be postponed from the May meeting <br />to the regular Commission meeting of June 7th. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez Moved and Mr. Eagles Seconded, that the Zimmerman Realty <br />request for rezoning from R-l to B-1 B, Special Use Permit and <br />variance to height limitation and setback at 2350 North Snelling <br />Avenue be laid over until the next regular Commission meeting. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: V. Johnson, Membrez, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson and <br />Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 681 - Michels Construction Request for Rezoning from <br />R-1 to R-3A and Special Use Permit for Planned <br />Unit Development at 1400 West County Road C-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />A letter was received from James Michels of Michels Construction <br />Company requesting that the application be continued from the May <br />Planning Commission meeting to the regular Commission meeting of <br />June 7. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles Moved and Mr. Kellett Seconded, that the Michels Con- <br />struction Company request for rezoning from R-l to R-3A and Special <br />
