Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 674 - Paul Roberts request for Special Use Permit for <br />a 3 story building in B-1 zoning within 150 feet <br />of a residence, multiple family in B-1 District, <br />and multiple family over 24 units at 2075 Rice <br />Street <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Al Tougner, real estate agent representing Mr. Roberts, indicated <br />that the concerns expressed by the Commission at the last meeting <br />regarding landscaping and building exterior had been rectified. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez inquired if the drainage, as outlined by the applicant, <br />was o.k. Mr. Goldberg indicated in the affirmative. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Eagles Moved and Mr. G. Johnson Seconded that the Commission <br />recommend approval of Paul Roberts request for special use permit <br />for a three story building in B-1 zoning within 150 feet of a <br />residence, multiple family in B-1 district, and multiple family over <br />24 units at 2075 North Rice Street with the condition that a drainage <br />easement be obtained, as specified by the Public Works Director, for <br />the drainage ditch located on the southerly portion of the property. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: V. Johnson, Membrez, Demos, Eagles, Kellett, G. <br />Johnson and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 680 - Louis Schiavino preliminary plat at Schiavino <br />Shores Addition, 543 South Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Schiavino was present. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez indicated that all lots in the preliminary plat meet the <br />minimum requirements. He did not foresee any problems with the plat. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez Moved and Mr. Kellett Seconded, that the Commission re- <br />commend approval of Louis Schiavinots preliminary plat, "Schiavino <br />Shores Addition", 543 South Owasso Boulevard. Roll Call, Ayes: V. <br />Johnson, Membrez, Demos, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson and Pope. <br />Nays: None. <br />
