<br />-4- <br /> <br />Planning File 708 - Partridge Construction Company preliminary plat "Partridge <br />Industrial Park" <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Partridge appeared before the Connnission and asked if there were any questions <br />regarding his plat. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Pope asked if Mr. Partridge was aware of the additional charges on the property. <br />Mr. Partridge indicated that he was. <br /> <br />Mr. Neal Reisen, representing Butler Paper Company, inquired as to where the <br />property in question was located in relationship to Butler Paper Company. <br /> <br />He was advised that the Partridge plat was located on the east side of the railroad <br />tracks whereas Butler Paper was located on the west side of the tracks. <br /> <br />Reconnnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Connnission recommend approval <br />of Partridge Construction Company preliminary plat "Partridge Industrial Park". <br />Roll Call, Ayes: G. Johnson, Membrez, Demos and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 711 - Manny Hamburger request for special use permit at 2700 North <br />Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Jean Parranto, representing Mr. Hamburger, indicated that they were proposing <br />to construct a truck wash with gasoline and diesel fuel sales. He stated that <br />the property is presently zoned I-2, General Industry, and that Mr. Hamburger was <br />seeking a special use permit for the truck wash and fuel sales operation. He <br />indicated the proposed site plan provided for future acquisition of right-of-way <br />by Ramsey County for the future improvement of Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Goldberg suggested that a catch basin and sump be constructed on the property <br />so that materials would be deposited before being drained into County Ditch #4 on <br />the eastern side of the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Parranto agreed to the construction of a catch basin and sump. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. G. Jo1mson seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Manny Hamburger's request for special use permit at 2700 North Fairview Avenue <br />with the condition that a catch basin with sump be constructed according to the <br />specifications of the Village Engineer. Roll Call, Ayes: G. Johnson, Membrez, <br />Demos and Pope. Nays: None. <br />
