Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 702 - Glen Mischke request for variance to side yard setback at <br />2211 West County Road C-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Mischke has not provided the new survey of his property as requested by the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Membrez seconded, that the Glen Mischke request for var- <br />iance to side yard setback at 2211 West County Road C-2 be laid over tmtil the next <br />regular Commission meeting and that the Village Cotmcil be advised that the Mischke <br />application is still pending on the Planning Commission's agenda due to the lack of <br />the proper survey being presented by the applicant. Nays: Eagles. <br /> <br />Planning File 712 - Long Cadalliac request for rezoning from B-l-B to B-3, special <br />use permit and variance to parking requirement at 2325 North <br />Prior Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Rice, of Dayton Development Corporation, indicated that Mr. Long's current <br />dealership is downtown St. Paul has been condemned because of the urban renewal <br />program and, therefore, is seeking this rezoning for relocation of his dealership in <br />Roseville. Mr. Rice expressed the opinion that a Cadalliac dealership is unique in <br />its business and cannot be directly compared to other car dealerships in its type of <br />sales or its amount of volumne. <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Long, President of Long Cadalliac, indicated that the used car portion <br />of the agency would be covered and is architecturally treated so as to blend in with <br />the remainder of the building. <br /> <br />Mr. Long stated it was his opinion that the parking provided would be more than <br />sufficient for the needs of his dealership. Mr. Al Long, Architect for the Long <br />Cadalliac proposal, indicated there would be no signs located on the building. He <br />further stated that the landscaping plan is very complete and that attempts have been <br />made to provide color and variety throughout the year in the landscaping. <br />
