<br />Roseville PI anrilng Corrmiss ion Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 6, 1973 <br /> <br />The June 6, 1973, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Corrmission was called to order <br />by Acting Chainnan Kellett at 7 :30 P ,M, <br /> <br />Members present: Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett. Vo Johnson arrived at 7:40 P.M. <br /> <br />Members absent: G. Johnson and Pope <br /> <br />Others present: Midwest Planning Representative Jim Uttley, Public Works Director <br />Charles Honche11 and Administrative Assistant Steve North. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the mlnute~\ <br />May 2, 1973, be approved with the following amendment: <br /> <br />Page 6 - next to last paragraph should read: ''Mr. Kellett moved and Mr 0 V. Johnson <br />seconded, that the Commission recormnend that the Village Council find the means to provide <br />infonnation and guidelines which could be used in the consideration and deliberation by <br />the Planning Commission of low and moderate income housing proposals. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />V. Johnson, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson and Pope, Nays: Demos, " <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett. Nays: None. <br /> <br />the regular meeting of <br /> <br />July Meeting <br /> <br />Eagles moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the regular July Planning Corrnnission meeting <br />be held on July 11, 1973, at 7 :30 P.M. Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Eagles and <br />Kellett. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 761 - Marvin Wolfenson request for special use permit and variance to <br />side yard setback at 1675 County Road B~2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett indicated that Mr. Wolfenson had requested that his application be laid <br />over until the regular July Plarming Corrmission meeting "The reasons for the request <br />are the late arrival of the soil reports on the property and the fact that the applicant <br />desired to have additional time to meet with the residents :lnthe neighborhood. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that lVIarvin Wolfenson's request for special <br />use pennit and variance to side yard setback at 1675 County Road B-2 be laid over until <br />the regular . July Planning Conmission meeting Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Eagles <br />and Kellett. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 755 - Ronald Kowal request faT diITision of lot at 2968 Old Highway 8 <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Kowal indicated that his present lot is 290 feet long and 150 feet wide and he proposes <br />to create two lots each 290 feet long and 75 feet wide 0 Each of the new lots contain <br />approximately 21,800 square feet, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos corrunented that she could see no problem with recommending approval of this <br />application. <br />
