Roseville PI anrilng Corrmiss ion Minutes Wednesday, June 6, 1973 The June 6, 1973, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Corrmission was called to order by Acting Chainnan Kellett at 7 :30 P ,M, Members present: Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett. Vo Johnson arrived at 7:40 P.M. Members absent: G. Johnson and Pope Others present: Midwest Planning Representative Jim Uttley, Public Works Director Charles Honche11 and Administrative Assistant Steve North. Approval of Minutes Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the mlnute~\ May 2, 1973, be approved with the following amendment: Page 6 - next to last paragraph should read: ''Mr. Kellett moved and Mr 0 V. Johnson seconded, that the Commission recormnend that the Village Council find the means to provide infonnation and guidelines which could be used in the consideration and deliberation by the Planning Commission of low and moderate income housing proposals. Nays: None. the regular meeting of July Meeting Eagles moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the regular July Planning Corrnnission meeting be held on July 11, 1973, at 7 :30 P.M. Planning File 761 - Marvin Wolfenson request for special use permit and variance to side yard setback at 1675 County Road B~2 Presentation Mr. Kellett indicated that Mr. Wolfenson had requested that his application be laid over until the regular July Plarming Corrmission meeting "The reasons for the request are the late arrival of the soil reports on the property and the fact that the applicant desired to have additional time to meet with the residents :lnthe neighborhood. Recommendation Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that lVIarvin Wolfenson's request for special use pennit and variance to side yard setback at 1675 County Road B-2 be laid over until the regular . July Planning Conmission meeting Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett. Nays: None. Planning File 755 - Ronald Kowal request faT diITision of lot at 2968 Old Highway 8 Presentation Mr. Kowal indicated that his present lot is 290 feet long and 150 feet wide and he proposes to create two lots each 290 feet long and 75 feet wide 0 Each of the new lots contain approximately 21,800 square feet, Discussion Mrs. Demos corrunented that she could see no problem with recommending approval of this application.
