<br />Recorrnnendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the Canmission recommend a-proval of <br />Ronald Kowal's request for division of lot at 2968 Old Highway 8. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett. Nays: None" <br /> <br />Planning File 756 - Wayne Blilie request for division of lot at 1840 West County Road C-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Blilie indicated that his present lot is 91 feet deep and 257 feet wide. The newly <br />created comer lot would be 132 feet wide by 91 feet deepo <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos asked if the 20 foot drainage easement to be located on the newly created <br />property line would cause any problem for Mr, Blilie. <br /> <br />Mr. Blilie indicated that it would not, <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez stated that the corner lot would be 12,111 square feet which is short of the <br />ordinance requirements of 12,500 square feet for corner lots, <br /> <br />Mr. Blilie indicated that he would be willing to increase the width of the corner lot <br />to 135 feet. <br /> <br />Mr. Blilie's neighbor to the south on Fairview, inquired if the fill which Mr. Blilie <br />would be placing on the newly created lot would interfere with the drainage of the <br />water from his back yard. <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that the Village Engineer and staff would insure that the drainage pipe <br />to be installed on the newly created property line would satisfactorily drain the neighbors <br />water. Mr. Bli1ie was requested to meet with the Village Engineer prior to the Village <br />Council meeting of June 25, to review the entire matter of the drainage easement and the <br />location of the drainage pipe. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Membrez moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Corrunission recorrunend approval of the <br />lot division at a point 135 feet west of the east property line and that the installation <br />of the drainage pipe between the two lots shall be supervised by the Village Engineer, <br />Roll Call, Ayes: ~mbrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett 0 Nays: None, Abstain: V. Johnson, <br /> <br />Planning File 757 - Johannes Moebius request for division of lot at 2233 North Victoria <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Moebius indicated that the existing lot is approximately 325 feet wide by 404 feet <br />deep. The two resulting lots would both exceed the size requirements of the Village Code, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Village Planner's report indicated that the survEy-presented by Mr. Moebius was in- <br />correct in several instances. <br />
