Nays: None" Planning File 756 - Wayne Blilie request for division of lot at 1840 West County Road C-2 Presentation Mr. Blilie indicated that his present lot is 91 feet deep and 257 feet wide. The newly created comer lot would be 132 feet wide by 91 feet deepo Discussion Mrs. Demos asked if the 20 foot drainage easement to be located on the newly created property line would cause any problem for Mr, Blilie. Mr. Blilie indicated that it would not, Mr. Membrez stated that the corner lot would be 12,111 square feet which is short of the ordinance requirements of 12,500 square feet for corner lots, Mr. Blilie indicated that he would be willing to increase the width of the corner lot to 135 feet. Mr. Blilie's neighbor to the south on Fairview, inquired if the fill which Mr. Blilie would be placing on the newly created lot would interfere with the drainage of the water from his back yard. Mr. North indicated that the Village Engineer and staff would insure that the drainage pipe to be installed on the newly created property line would satisfactorily drain the neighbors water. Mr. Bli1ie was requested to meet with the Village Engineer prior to the Village Council meeting of June 25, to review the entire matter of the drainage easement and the location of the drainage pipe. Recommendation Mr. Membrez moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Corrunission recorrunend approval of the lot division at a point 135 feet west of the east property line and that the installation of the drainage pipe between the two lots shall be supervised by the Village Engineer, Roll Call, Ayes: ~mbrez, Demos, Eagles and Kellett 0 Nays: None, Abstain: V. Johnson, Planning File 757 - Johannes Moebius request for division of lot at 2233 North Victoria Presentation Mr. Moebius indicated that the existing lot is approximately 325 feet wide by 404 feet deep. The two resulting lots would both exceed the size requirements of the Village Code, Discussion The Village Planner's report indicated that the survEy-presented by Mr. Moebius was in- correct in several instances.
