<br />Roseville Plannlng Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday- July 11, 1973 <br /> <br />The July 11, 1973, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Comnission was called <br />to order by Chairman Pope at 7:30 P,M, <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Members absent: <br />Others present: <br /> <br />Demos, Eagles, Kellett, G. Johnson, V, Johnson, Membrez and Pope. <br />None <br />Councilman Albert Grauel, Midwest Planning Representative <br />Howard Dahlgren, Public Works Director Charles Honchel1 and <br />Administrative Assistant Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />June 6, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, Eagles, V, Johnson, Membrez and <br />Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 761 - Marvin Wolfenson request for special use permit and variance <br />to side yard setback at 1675 County Road B-2 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Pope indicated that Mr. Wolfenson has requested that his application be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Recorrunendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the Comission recorrnnend approval <br />of Mr. Wo1fenson I s request for withdrawal of his app1 ication. Roll Call, Ayes: Demos, <br />Eagles, V. Johnson, Membrez and Pope. Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 765 - Hyman Freightways and Indianhead Truck Line request for rezoning <br />from I-I to 1-2 at 2690 North Prior and 1947 West County Road C <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Pope indicated that the applicants have requested that their application be continued <br />until the regular Planning Commission meeting of August 1, 1973. <br /> <br />Recorrnnendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. Jolmson moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that HYman Freightways and Indianhead <br />Truck Lines request for rezoning from I-I to 1-2 at L690 North Prior and 1947 West <br />County Road C be laid over until the regular August Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Demos, Eagles, V. J olmson, Membrez and Pope. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 770 - Fire Station No. 3 Site Selection <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Floyd LeCuyer, Rosevil1e Fire Chief, indicated that a committee of the Fire Department <br />has selected a site at the northwest corner of Western and County Road B as the depart- <br />ment's first choice for the location of Roseville's third fire station. He stated that <br />a fire station is needed in the eastern portion of the Village, and that this location <br />was selected for the following reasons: <br />
