-6- Planning File 782 - George Reiling request for permit for the excavation of shore- line for improvement purposes at 653 thru 669 Heinel Drive and approximately 2850 Victoria Presentation Mro Reiling indicated that he has applied to the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Minnesota for a permit to do the excavation. He has been advised by that department that it is necessary that he receive the approval of the Village. Mr. Reiling indicated that he plans to do the excavation and develop the property in the future. Mr. Reiling is presently constructing a house for himself on one of the lots on Heinel Drive. Recommendation Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mr. V. Johnson seconded, that the Connnission recommend approval of George Reiling's request for a permit for excavation of shoreline for improvement purposes at 653 - 669 Heine1 Drive and approximately 2850 Victoria, and further recommends that if the permit is approved that Ramsey County be notified of the action relating to the parcel on Victoria since that property is part of the Ramsey County Open Space program. Planning File 783 - Paul Larson request to amend the zoning ordinance to allow photography studios as special use in B-1 zoning district. Presentation Mr. Dahlgren indicated that photography studios would be in keeping with other special uses in the B-1 zoning district. The requirement of a special use permit would also provide the Village with control of the use. Recommendation Mr, Kellett moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the Village zoning ordinance be amended to include photography studios as a special use in the B-1 zoning district. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Membrez, Demos, Eagles and Pope. Nays: None. Planning File 771 - Review of Sign Ordinance Reconnnendation Mr, Kellett moved and Mr. V. Johnson seconded, that the review of sign ordinance be laid over until the next regular Connnission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, G. Johnson, V. Johnson, Membrez, Eagles and Pope. Nays: Demos. Plarming File 709 - Capital Improvement Program Plarming Presentation Mr, North provided the Planning Commission members with a packet of materials relating to the development of the Capital Improvement Program which could be reviewed prior to the next regular Commission meeting. Recommendat ion Mr. Go Johnson moved and Mr. Eagles seconded, that the Capital Improvement Program planning be laid over until the next regular Commission meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett" G.
