Planning Commission Meeti Wednesday, November 7, 197~ The November 7, 1973, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Pope at 7:30 P.M, Members present: Members absent: Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G. Johnson and Pope. V. Johnson and Eagles. Others present: Village COlUlcilman Albert Grauel, Midwest Planning representative Terry Mills, Public Works Director Charles Honchell and Administrative Assistant Steve North. Approval of Minutes Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mrs. Demos seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of October 3, 1973, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, G. Johnson and Pope. Nays: None. Planning File 784 - Roland Fleck request for rezoning from R-l to R-6 and special use permit at 2420 County Road C. Presentation Mr. James Holmes, attorney representing the applicant, indicated that a presentation had been made at the last meeting and that he would be happy to answer any questions that the Planning Commission might have regarding the application. Discussion Mr. Mills, Village Planner, indicated that the proposed landscaping for the perimeter of the property, consisting of poplar trees, could be improved. He stated that he had pro- vided Mr. Dan Schlenker, representative of Mr. Fleck, a suggested landscaping plan for the perimeter. Mr. Schlenker indicated that he would be willing to incorporate the Planner's recommended landscaping as part of his development plan. Recommendation Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded that the Commission recommend approval of Roland Fleck's request for rezoning from R-l to R-6 and special use permit at 2420 COlUlty Road C with the condition that a landscaping plan be provided in accordance with the Village Planner's recommendation, Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G. Johnson and Pope. Nays: None. Planning File 787 - Richard Coverdale request for rezoning from R-l to R-4 at 1755 Dellwood. Presentation Mr. North indicated that the applicant is working with an architectural firm to develop an overall plan for the property that he owns in the area of 1755 Dellwood. It is not known at this time when the new development plan will be completed. Recommendation Mr. Membrez moved, and Mrs. Demos seconded, that Richard Coverdale's request for rezoning from R-l to R-4 at 1755 Dellwood be laid over until the next regular Commission meeting and that the Village staff contact the applicant regarding the possibility of his with- drawing the present request and re-submitting when the new proposal is completed.
