Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G, Johnson and Pope, Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 792 - Williams Brothers Pipe Line Company request for amended special use <br />permit at 2451 West County Road C-2, <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Warner, Terminal Manager at Williams Brothers Pipe Line, indicated that it is <br />his company's desire to move the fence currently located 100 feet south of the property <br />line on County Road C-2 to the property line. He stated that Williams Brothers has no <br />intention of constructing anything or conducting any activity on the 100 feet, and <br />further that there was no intention of seeking a rezoning on that property. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Jackson, 2395 West County Road C-2, said he was concerned that the movement <br />of the fence would be followed by a request for rezoning 0 He indicated that the <br />movement of the fence should in fact reduce the use of that area by snowmobilers and <br />other motorized vehicles, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos moved., <br />Williams Brothers <br />COlUlty Road C-2. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />and Mr. Membrez seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Pipeline Company's request for amended special use permit at 2451 West <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Demos, Kellett, G, Johnson and Pope. <br /> <br />Planning File 793 - Rosevil1e Professional Center request for rezoning from R-l to <br />B-1 at 2231 North Hamline Avenue, <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Carl Keller indicated that he was seeking the rezoning of the property to provide <br />additional parking area for the Roseville Professional Center. He indicated that in <br />case the need for additional parking does not become a reality, that he would con- <br />sider the possibility of constructing a very small office building on the site. If <br />the office building were built, there would be sufficient parking provided for it. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Pope expressed concern about constructing abuilding on the one small parcel. He <br />would rather see several of the lots in the area combined for a total development plan, <br /> <br />Mrs. Demos indicated that the developer does not have a concrete plan of what he desires <br />to do and that she had very serious misgivings about speculative rezoning. <br />
