Avenue,. inquired as to the. effect this development would <br />have on the traffic signal which is to be installed on Snelling Avenue at Lydia. <br /> <br />.; <br /> <br />Mr. Braun stated that 'to. his-knowledge there would be no effect. <br /> <br />Mr. John Kokoba, 1421 Primrose.Curve_,_ was. concerned about.. the pollution problems created <br />by the water draining over the blacktop surface and then into the pond. <br /> <br />. . . . . - .. + <br />Mr. Jim Kelly, 2938 Eldridge, asked where the developer anticipated that the patrons for <br />the stores would be coming frem. <br /> <br />:) Mr. Braun indicated. that. a. sphere of influence had been developed based on the location <br />of similar type activities. in, the. area.. .
