Johnson, Kellett and Pope, Nayes: None. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Existing billboards. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett asked Mr. Dahlgren if the City could now enforce the billboard removal provision <br />in the present sign ordinace. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that all billboards presently being used are in violation of the <br />ordinance and should be removed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the Commission recommend that the <br />Council pass a resolution ordering that all billboards in the City be removed. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, G.
