Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 816 - Margery Bailey request for division of lot at 2025 North Lexington <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs. Bailey indicated that she would like to divide her lot to form another buildable <br />lot. She indicated that Mr. James Kroiss had planned to relocate a house on the newly <br />formed lot, but that he was intending on withdrawing his application to do so. <br /> <br />Reconunendation <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel moved and Mr. V. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 817 - James Kroiss request for relocation of a building at 1121 Shryer <br />Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />There was no one present to explain the wishes of the applicant, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the request for relocation of a <br />building at 1121 Shryer be laid over until the next regular Commission meeting. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: V. Johnson, Kellett, Grauel, G. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 819 - Gerald Anderson - Excavation of Channel for Beach Improvement at <br />2884 West Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson was present and indicated that he would like to excavate a channel from <br />his lot to the open water on Lake Owasso. Mr. Dahlgren informed him that at the pre- <br />sent time the D & R had informed him that they would deny such a request. They had, <br />however, suggested that if Mr. Anderson would get together with his neighbors and sub- <br />mit a channel proposal that would run parallel to the solid shoreline they would <br />possibly have a favorable view of this request. <br />
