<br />The May 1, 1974, regular meeting of the RosevIl1e PlannIng CommIssion was called
<br />to order by Chairman Bob Pope at 7:30 PoM,
<br />
<br />Members present: J, Kellett, G, Membrez, P DurgIn, A, Grauel, G, Jolmson,
<br />V 0 Johnson and B, Pope,
<br />
<br />Members absent: None 0
<br />
<br />Others present: Midwest Planning Representauve Howard Dahlgren
<br />Assistant City Engineer Terry Kramer
<br />
<br />Approval of Minutes
<br />
<br />ML Vo Jolmson moved and My k Grauel seconded, that the ApIll 3, 1974 minutes
<br />be amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />"ML V, Jolmson moved and ML G, Jolmson seconded, that the Commission
<br />recommend to the Council that the fire station slte be considered
<br />from the following list as given 1n descend1ng order of priority:
<br />
<br />G-Southwest corner of Dale and Lovell
<br />A~ Northwest corner of Western and B
<br />D- Southwest corner of Dale and Bo,2
<br />B~Southeast corner of Dale and B
<br />
<br />Mr, Pope moved and My, Kellett seconded to amend the ongInal motion
<br />to read: G, D, A, B,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: p, Durgin, Grauel, Go Jolmson, Vo Jolmson and Pope
<br />Nays: None, Abstaining: Membrez,"

<br />ML G, Jolmson moved and My, V" Johnson seconded, that the amended minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of April 3, 1974 be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Durgin, Grauel,
<br />G, Jolmson, Vo Jolmson and Pope Nays: None, Abstaining, ~1embrez
<br />
<br />HI', Pope introduced a new member to the Planning Commission, Mr Patrick Durgm,
<br />who was recently appointed to that posi tlon to fill the vacancy left upon
<br />Mr Eagles resignation,
<br />
<br />Planning File 817 - James Krolss request for relocating a building at 1121 Shryer
<br />Avenue
<br />
<br />Presentation
<br />
<br />The Commission was informed that My, Kroiss has indIcated to the City Councll by letter
<br />that he wishes his request to be withdrawn at this tIme
<br />
<br />Recommendation
<br />
<br />My, Grauel MOved, and My, Go Johnson seconded, that the CommISSIon recommend approval
<br />of Mr 0 Kroiss' request to withdraw his appl1 cat ion 0 Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Dur gin,
<br />Grauel, G., Jolmson, V, Jolmson and Pope, Nays: None,
