<br />-2- <br /> <br />Planning File 819 - Gerald Anderson excavation of channel for beach improvement <br />at 2884 West Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson indicated that the DNR representative, John Shell, had made a site <br />investigation and had indicated that it would be his recommendation that the DNR <br />approve the request for excavation at this time, Mr. Anderson indicated that this <br />shoreline excavation would serve two properties in the future, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel asked if any alternatives had been suggested by Jolm Shell at the time <br />of this site investigation. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel moved and Mr. V. Jolmson seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of the DNR application for excavation of a channel for beach improvement at 2884 <br />West Owasso Boulevard. Johnson and Pope, Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 820 - June Reinertson division of platted lot at 70S Heinel Circle <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mrs, Reinertson indicated that she would like to divide a portion of the lot on <br />which her house sets so as to create another buildable lot. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Harold Berntsen, 706 Heinel Drive, asked if this request included a rezoning to a <br />higher use, He was told it did not and the property would remain R-l as it is <br />presently zoned, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel moved and Mr. G, Jolmson seconded, that the Commission recoIID11end approval of <br />the division of platted lot at 705 Heinel Circle. Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Durgin, <br />Grauel, G. Johnson, V.Johnson and Pope, Nays: None, Abstaining: Kellett. <br /> <br />Planning File 821 - Susan Horvath preliminary plat at 2474 North Harnline Avenue <br /> <br />Mrs, Horvath presented a preliminary plat indicating she would like to divide her land <br />into three parcels, two of which would have 80 foot frontage, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, G, Jolmson moved and My. Kellett seconded, that the Commission recommend approval of <br />the preliminary plat at 2474 North Hamline Avenue with the condition that ten feet of <br />addi tional right -of-way be dedicated on Harnline Avenue, Roll Call, Ayes: Kellett, <br />Membrez, Durgin, Grauel, G. Johnson, V. Johnson and Pope, Nays: None, <br />
