<br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr, Koalska replied that he wanted it that way because he has an asphalt driveway in the <br />rear of his property that he wants to preserve, <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett inquired if Mr. Koa1ska would be agreeable to a variance which would permi t <br />the person who buys the lot on Burke to construct his home wi thin 10 feet of My, Koalska' s <br />rear property line. <br /> <br />Mr, Koalska indicated that he would definitely agree to do that. <br /> <br />ML Grauel indicated that he was opposed to a division which would create the 85 foot in <br />depth lot. He felt that an additional 10 feet would make the lot more suitable for the <br />construction of a home, <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel moved and Mr. Durgin seconded, that the Connnission recorrunend denial of Joe <br />Koalska's request for division of lot at 1016 West County Road B, Roll Call, Ayes. <br />Durgin, Graue 1, Pope, Nays: Membrez and Kellett. <br /> <br />Planning File 830 - Wi11mus Construction Company request for preliminary plat <br />"Rosedale Industrial Park Second Addition" at 1900 and <br />1920 Oakcrest <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />My, Tom Prokosch, Controller of Wi11mus Construction Company, indicated that the plat <br />would contain two lots for the construction of warehousing. He stated that they are <br />constructing the two buildings on a spec basis. Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 831 - Esther Miller request for rezoning from R -1 to B-1 at 1880 North <br />Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr, Gordon Miller, indicated that the rezoning from R-l to B-1 is being requested so <br />that the home could serve as hi~ chir9practic clinic.
