<br />-3- <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Questions were raised regarding the possible conflict of the suggested ordinance with <br />the existing ordinance that requires a minimum pasture size of 3 acres for the licensing <br />of horses. Also concern was expressed that if the suggested ordinance were adopted that <br />all present nursery stock areas would be grandfathered. Because of these concerns, it <br />was suggested that the matter be continued until the 'TI.~X1;"".meeting and that the Planner <br />conduct further research. <br /> <br />Recomnendation <br /> <br />Mr. Grauel moved and Mr. Membrez seconded, that the review of zoning ordinance regard- <br />ing agricultural uses in R-l zone be continued until the next regular Planning Commission <br />meeting, Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, V. Johnson, Kellett, Membrez, Durgin and G, Johnson, <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 709 - Long Range Development Plan <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, Grauel moved and Mr. V, Johnson seconded, that the long range development plan be <br />continued until the regular December Planning Commission meeting.
