<br />Mro Go Johnson moved and Mro Durgin seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />October 2,1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Go Johnson, Durgin, Kellett,
<br />Membrez, GraueL Nays: None, Abstention: Vo Johnson,
<br />
<br />Planning File 848 ~ Country Kitchen request for rezoning from R-1 to B-2 at 2257 Rice St,
<br />
<br />Discussion
<br />
<br />Mro Grauel indicated that a letter has been received from the applicant asking that this
<br />matter be continued to the December 4, 1974, meetingo Mr a Grauel suggested that the
<br />application be continued as requested 0
<br />
<br />Recommendation
<br />
<br />Mro Membrez moved and Mrse Cushing seconded, that the Country Kitchen's request for re-
<br />zoning from R-I to B-2 at 2257 North Rice Street be continued until the next regular
<br />Commission meeting, Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, V, Johnson, Go Johnson, Durgin, Kellett,
<br />Membrez, GraueL Nays: None,

<br />Planning File 852 ~ Country Kitchen request for rezoning from B-1 and R~l to R-6 at
<br />approximately 2257 North Rice Street

<br />
<br />Mr, Grauel indicated that the applicant wishes this matter to be continued to the December
<br />4th meeting~ and suggested that this application also be continued,
<br />
<br />Recommendation
<br />
<br />Mr, Membrez moved and Mrs, Cushing,seconded, that Country Kitchen's request for rezoning
<br />from B-1 and R-l to R-6 at approximately 2257 North Rice Street be continued until the
<br />next regular Commission meetingo Roll Call, Ayes: Membrez, Cushing, Vo Johnson,
<br />Go Johnson, Durgin, Kellett and GraueL Nays: None,

<br />Planning File 854 - Jerry Showalter request for variance to sign setback at 2650 Cleveland
<br />
<br />Mr. Showalter indicated that the pylon sign which now identifys his station which is
<br />located at Cleveland and C is too small for traffic on 1-35W to see and identify his
<br />station, He asked that a larger sign be permitted to be placed at the same location where
<br />his pylon sign stands now,
