Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 866 ~, Review of Mobile Home Court zoning district ordinance <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that the ordinance as proposed was developed with Mr, Yoava <br />Klucsar's existing mobile home court in mind and that the suggested standards were not <br />the opt imum standards that should be required of a new mobile home development, However j <br />he said it was very unlikely~ because of lack of sufficient area in the city, that any <br />new mobile home court applications would occur in the future. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr Membrez moved and Mr. Kellett seconded. that the Commission recommend approval of <br />the suggested ordinance as prepared by Midwest Planning with the condition that a section <br />be added which provides for the requirement of a performance bond to be filed by the <br />applicant similar to Section 20,100 of the Roseville City Code.
